Due to the greatly increased use of the ground and pavilion which will occur this season the Committee has decided that the following procedure must be adopted to make a reservation.

Lesley Kirk has kindly taken on the job of “Booking Secretary” so everything will go via her. The system works as follows:-

• Phone Lesley on 01303 862366 to check availability of facilities.
• If you wish to use the ground including the outfield agree details with Geoff Kirk first.
• Once details are agreed, Lesley will enter the booking on the Yearly Planning Sheet which is on the Pavilion Notice Board. During the cricket season she expects to be updating this 2 or 3 times a week.
• If your booking is at all complicated it is suggested that you provide Lesley with the attached booking form so that you both have a record of what has been agreed. You may send either a hard copy or e mail the form to Lesley.
• If you have any reason to cancel or change the booking you must inform Lesley as soon as possible.
• The calendar on the SPCC web-site does not provide an alternative way of making a booking. It is provided for information of forthcoming events which are likely to be of broad interest. If you wish to provide info to go on the web-site you may wish to e mail a copy of the agreed booking form to Mike Leadbetter at mike@leadbetter.org who will enter it on the calendar.
